Deluxe Camp Package includes accommodations at The Dorm; this is our most
popular option, 80% of all campers choose this package. It includes everything except the cost of
dinner and your flights to and from Vancouver International Airport.
Standard Camp Package excludes any accommodation. Everything else is EXACTLY the same. You are
not treated any different from the Deluxe campers. You are included in all the camp activities;
the only difference is where you sleep at night.
We set up more Luxurious accommodation options with other properties in Whistler for Family Camp. You the camper
come to camp and the rest of your family has fun doing some of the other million things there are
to do in Whistler. This is a great way to get your parents to send you to camp if they are
nervous about you traveling on your own. Tell your parents about Family Camp, a family vacation
in Whistler with you having the best week of your life at Camp of Champions, might be closer to
reality than you think.
2007 was the most epic year of camp ever. Camp for 2008 was 10% filled before camp even ended for 2007.Parents were signing their kids up for the 2008 summer before the camper had even left Whistler. Camp starts really filling quickly once February rolls around. After about the beginning
of April a lot of sessions start getting close to sold out. As soon as you know which session you want, don't delay, as you might not get your first pick of the session you want. You can register right up to the start of the camp if we have space,
but if you register after
May 1st 2009, payment in full is due upon registration.
No. Please contact your local travel agent or find low cost airfare websites on the internet to
book your flight. Please remember, you must arrive into Vancouver airport on the Saturday of whatever
camp you selected, within our scheduled times. Arrive between 11am - 4pm, and depart after 11am. If
you are flying from the east coast, don't leave booking your flight till the last minute, as our arrival day is a Saturday, one of the worst days for last minute pricing. It's the best day to
arrive for camp, as all the Pre-Olympic road construction delays, or the usual rush hour traffic delays are not there on Saturdays. It cuts the drive to Whistler from the airport
by an hour at least. You'll thank us for the arrival day when you arrive.

Standard Camp Includes
ALL OF THE ABOVE, BUT WITHOUT ANY ACCOMMODATION. Everything else is the same. You are not treated any
differently from the Deluxe campers. You are included in all the camp activities; the only difference is
where you sleep at night.
Dinner in the evening and airfare to Vancouver are NOT included in the camp price. Extra paintballs
are also not included. Know that when we designed camp we designed it to be that once kids get to
camp it should be the same amount of fun for everyone, not a "Fun dependent on how much money you
have" experience.
You can register online or call our Toll Free number.
A deposit is due upon submission of camp registration. This deposit is non-refundable UNLESS you purchase the optional "Cancellation Insurance".
Pro Camp campers must pay in full upon registration.
Please note, the registration is not valid unless it is accompanied with the appropriate deposit. The remaining final full payment must be made or the registration is not valid. This means we cannot guarantee a position for that camper, even if we have received the deposit. The deadline for payment is critical because we have to pay Whistler Blackcomb, and all other facilities included in the camp experience at this time.
The best method of payment is by credit card. We accept VISA or MasterCard. We do not accept American Express. Enter your credit card details online, where it is extremely secure, or call us with the details,
where it is equally secure.
Unfortunately, we do not accept personal checks anymore, due to an unacceptable amount of insufficient funds, bounced checks. Therefore, any checks sent in the mail must be money orders or bank drafts.
GST is The Goods and Services Tax. It is a tax the Canadian Government puts on almost
everything purchased in Canada. We don’t charge GST, we just collect it for the government.
If you don't buy Cancellation Insurance at the time of registration, be aware that the deposit is completely non-refundable and non-transferable from the moment you register.
Also be aware that after May 1st 2009
there are no refunds whatsoever once the full payment has been made, if you have to
cancel, no matter what the reason is.
The Daily Compensation Refund only applies if you purchased
our Cancellation Insurance at
the time of registration and the camper gets injured DURING camp.
Check the insurance details for an example
of how the daily compensation refund works.
This is an extremely important part of the registration process. It ensures that the camper will receive prompt medical attention if they become ill or injured. There is nothing worse than being in pain and not being able to see the doctor because we don't have your medical information. We send this form in the email with your Camp Confirmation Letter; please make sure that you print it, sign it and send it back to us right away.
See the
PDF version of the waiver and print a copy if you wish.
Please understand that these policies are in place for a reason, and we have to abide
by them, no matter what the circumstances. We cannot deviate from them. All cancellations
must be done in writing.
If you cancel your camp registration, AND DID PURCHASE OUR CANCELLATION INSURANCE
at the time of registration here is our policy:
- If you purchased our Cancellation Insurance at the time of registration, you get
all your money back minus the cost of the insurance. This applies up until the day
BEFORE your camp session starts, so you are completely covered up until that point.
- If you purchased our Cancellation Insurance at the time of registration, you can
cancel for ANY REASON UP TO THE DAY BEFORE YOUR CAMP STARTS it doesn't matter to
us. For instance, if the camper gets injured before their camp starts, a family
emergency occurs or the camper doesn't make the grade at school, you get all your
money back (minus the cost of the insurance).
- If you purchased our Cancellation Insurance at the time of registration, and get
injured DURING camp, different rules apply.
If you cancel your camp registration, AND DID NOT PURCHASE OUR CANCELLATION INSURANCE
at the time of registration here is our policy:
- The deposit amount you have paid is completely non-refundable and non-transferable.
- UP UNTIL May 1st 2009
you will get any remaining money back, MINUS the non-refundable deposit.
- AFTER
May 1st 2009
, there are absolutely no refunds, for whatever reason and you will lose the all
money paid to Camp of Champions. No exceptions.
