Get Coached By The 4FRNT Team

Head Coach Matt Sterbenz, one of the main owners of 4FRNT is our head coach. He makes sure that every coach and camper has as much fun and learns as much as possible. For the rest of the year he travels the globe progressing skiing, designing ski equipment for 4FRNT and filming and shooting stories for the magazines. You know he also is always looking for new talent. Former campers Wiley Miller and Finn Anderson got hooked up with 4FRNT straight from camp. Now they are the 4FRNT rookies. Looking at our list I realized almost half our staff used to be campers. Sterbz is the heart and soul out the COC ski experience. When you come to COC you are really coming to Matt’s summer camp, and it’s the best.

The best coach to camper ratio of any camp

We have at least three times the terrain of other ski camps. With the least amount of campers per coach and the least crowded park you learn the most. The important number when looking at all the different camps is “How many campers per coach”. No camp comes close to COC for the one on one experience that you need to get the most out of your session. Other camps won't even tell you how many campers per coach. We think it's the most important way to figure out how much coaching you are going to get. We have a ratio of 1 coach per 4 - 8 campers depending on your ability. When you are just learning park skiing you have a smaller group. If you are almost ready to rock the house, the group is bigger because it turns into a session more than a group. It's the best way to learn.
